To qualify:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as delivered.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return:
Contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery via phone or email.
Provide your order details and the reason for return.
After approval, send the item to the address provided by our team.
After inspection, we will notify you about the refund or replacement status.
Note: Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the returned product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
